So I’m cleaning out my closest and of corse getting distracted by every box I open. I finally get to a box in the back that contains old photo albums. I knew I’d be here awhile. I got comfortable looking at my old memories from the 80’s. The best era ever! Tucked in the back of the album we’re 5 photos that should have been destroyed in the 80’s. My old Glamor Shots. Do you remember Glamor Shots? They were these photo studios in most malls in America where for the low price of $19.99 you could get your hair and makeup “professionally “ done and then have a photo session with a “ professional photographer “ and you’d get a package of your favorite photos. I have never seen anyone with good Glamour Shots. They always had dorky poses and horrible makeup and hair that aged a girl well beyond her years. I am no exception. My friend treated me to Glamour Shots for my 20th birthday. I remember at the time thinking these were cringey, but, oh boy seeing them now they are hilarious. How to take a soon to be 20 year old and make them look 51……..My friend and I are sitting here cracking up so hard. And that’s OK! I hope you laugh too!
