Okay Caller: Hey, Nora and gang. Um, I have been listening to this podcast for a few months now and it is such a bright spot in my day. I wanted to share my okay thing with everyone here. My grandfather passed away at 95 a couple weeks ago. And we had his services last weekend, and he was Scottish, and he loved Scottish bagpipe music.
Um, it was a big part of our childhood growing up. There was always a bagpipe cassette tape playing in his boombox for every summer bash that we had. At his graveside ceremony, there was a bagpiper who was playing some music, and he is a military vet, so there were military honors, and as the graveside service was ending, the bagpipe player was playing Amazing Grace.
Um, it was a really gray, cloudy, rainy day, um, very overcast, chilly, and as the bagpiper completed playing Amazing Grace, the sun came out with a start. Um, it was not a gradual lightning, um, it was almost as if someone turned on the lights, and that was my sign that I believe was from Papa, that it’s going to be okay.
Thanks for listening.
