About It's Going to Be OK
If you have anxiety, depression or any sense of the world around you, you know that not *everything* is going to be okay. In fact, many things aren’t okay and never will be!
But instead of falling into the pit of despair, we’re bringing you a little OK for your day. Every weekday, we’ll bring you one okay thing to help you start, end or endure your day with the opposite of a doom scroll.

Listener Submission: Hi, Nora. Um, I just wanted to call in about something that makes the holidays a little more bearable. Uh, we lost my beloved grandfather about eight years ago, uh, and every year in his honor, we buy a big bucket of Juanita’s Peanut Brittle because he absolutely loved it. Um, I’ve never really thought much about it, but we figured out last year that No one else in my family likes the peanut brittle, so we’ve just been buying it and sending it out, and no one is eating it, um, which he would absolutely get a kick out of, and yeah, that is what makes me happy around the holidays that are not always so happy.
